Sample Metadata Exploration

This notebook explores a public dataset's harmonized and AI predicted sample metadata.

You can explore a new dataset by clicking on "Edit Data" and selecting a new public dataset. You'll need to create a sample group containing all or a subset of samples. Once you've created your sample group, click "Update Data" in the sample selection wizard.
